How to Join

ROI Consulting was set up ten years ago by our founders who envisioned a company that would give customers value for money while rewarding directly the technical experts who perform the tasking required by our government sponsors.

Thinking outside the box, our founders put in place a unique and innovative corporate structure that takes away multiple layers of management, and streamlines the administrative, accounting and business tasks that accompany the running of a business. Our technical experts are independent consultants who own their own companies, which in turn are subsidiaries of ROI Consulting. See the figure below for a pictorial representation of this relationship.

As shown in the diagram above, there are no "layers of management" within ROI Consulting itself that our customers will have to support. Furthermore, in providing Accounting, Legal, Contracts, Security, Management and Operations services, ROI Consulting uses an extremely high degree of automation, which helps us to reduce the manpower needed to perform these tasks, and also to reduce the costs associated with human error. Our high degree of automation has made it possible for just one support personnel to support up to 25 technical experts (performing productive tasking) within ROI - a ratio that we feel is unprecedented.

At ROI Consulting, we believe in being good stewards of government funding that is ultimately taxpayers' dollars. We believe that it is possible for a company to give our government customers an excellent "Return on Investment" (ROI) by fielding the top experts in their fields to perform required technical tasking, while minimizing the cost of non-productive tasking. As a partner to the government in an industry that is vital to our nation's security, we also believe in capping any profit* we make, so that we are not a burden on our nation.

Management Team

ROI Consulting was founded by Angela Maggioncalda, a highly regarded and sought after Live Fire Test & Evaluation (LFT&E) expert, who has reduced the cost of many LFT&E programs by up to 50% while maintaining their compliance with legislative mandates. She leads ROI Consulting as President and CEO.

ROI's co-founder, Joseph Borkowski, is a highly regarded expert on Ship Vulerability, as well as Shipboard Mechanical Systems, such as the Chilled Water System. He is our Vice-President and Quality Assurance Manager.

Jodie Wang is our COO and responsible for Contracts Management as well as the day-to-day operations of ROI Consulting.
